I had a water drain outside of my basement exit door that was incorrectly installed. For a couple years this problem caused water to raise and flood my basement! I called Luxury Construction for a bid to replace the outside drain. They were very respectful during the estimate through the entire repair which explaing how the prior drain failed. Luxury Constructions bid was much less than my first bid. I'm 100% pleased with their work at my home. I plan on going with Luxury Construction for all my needs!
